You can request an exchange for any book received in damaged condition. To initiate the exchange process, simply place a request by visiting within 24 hours of receiving the book.
We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.

For online payments, refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be credited to your Dey's Publishing wallet.
